An Old Fashioned Thanksgiving

On Thanksgiving morning while I began setting up my Christmas tree, I watched the 2008 Hallmark original movie, An Old Fashioned Thanksgiving.  This was basically the story of the Gilmour Girls but set in Victorian era New England.  The rich grandmother comes to the small town to reconcile with her daughter after she becomes a widow. The mother and daughter had a falling out when she married the stable boy.  Through the memories of father through the grandkids she realizes what a good man he was and regrets never giving him a chance before he died.  In the end the eldest granddaughter leaves to tour Europe and get an education before getting married with the local boy.  Everyone learns a life lesson and has a great Thanksgiving together.
